The Journal of Business Economics (JBE) aims at encouraging theoretical research and its applications in the field of business economics and business administration, promoting the exchange of ideas between science and practice. Journal of Family and Economic Issues is an interdisciplinary publication that explores the intricate relationship between the family and its economic environment. Peer-reviewed contributions address important issues in family management, household labor and productivity, relationships between economic and non-economic issues including health and healthcare, as well as interrelations between external settings and family life, including family policy, work, and community. The journal also publishes special issues and symposia aimed at opening debate among scholars on specific topics and discovery-type papers on emerging issues in industrial and business economics. The range of topics encompasses the methods, analysis, measurement, modeling, monitoring, or forecasting of cyclical fluctuations including but not limited to: business cycles, financial cycles, credit cycles, price fluctuations, sectoral cycles, regional business cycles, international business cycles, the coordination and interaction of cycles, their implications for macroeconomic policy coordination, fiscal federalism and optimal currency areas, or the conduct of monetary policy; as well as statistical approaches to the development of short-term economic statistics and indicators; business tendency, investment, and consumer surveys; use of survey data or cyclical indicators for business cycle analysis. The journal supports communication among various related disciplines and encourages contributions from regional practitioners. The journal also welcomes proposals for special issues reflecting the trends in structural economics and other related disciplines.
Das List Forum für Wirtschafts- und Finanzpolitik dient dem Dialog zwischen Wissenschaft und Praxis über wirtschafts- und finanzpolitische Gegenwartsfragen. In der Zeitschrift erscheinen zum einen Beiträge zu aktuellen Fragen der Wirtschafts- und Finanzpolitik in Deutschland und Europa, zum anderen Abhandlungen zu Fragen, die grundsätzlich von wirtschafts- oder finanzpolitischem Interesse sind. Die wirtschaftspolitische Relevanz der Beiträge ist für das List Forum dabei von zentraler Bedeutung. Grundsätzlich erscheinen die Beiträge in deutscher Sprache. Die Zeitschrift wird seit 2018 federführend von Prof. Dr. Ulrich Heimeshoff und Prof. Dr. Jan Schnellenbach im Auftrag der List Gesellschaft e.V. herausgegeben und erscheint viermal im Jahr.
Schmalenbach Journal of Business Research (SBUR) is the joint official journal of Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft für Betriebswirtschaft e.V. and Verband der Hochschullehrer für Betriebswirtschaft e.V. (VHB), replacing the associations‘ former official journals Business Research (BuR), Schmalenbach Business Review (SBR), and building on Schmalenbachs Zeitschrift für betriebswirtschaftliche Forschung (ZfbF). The three journals were merged to form SBUR and ceased to publish under their previous names. SBUR publishes in the English language only. SBUR is a fully Open Access journal. About SBUR Schmalenbach Journal of Business Research (SBUR) is an international English-language journal that publishes original high-quality research that is of wide interest to business research and practice. Its scope includes traditional and emerging business administration areas, including among others accounting, finance, marketing, strategic management, organization, human resource management, production and logistics management, taxation, digital business, and entrepreneurship. SBUR is open for cross-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary research. State-of-the-art review articles and thought pieces are welcome as well.
