Soil Science and Plant Nutrition is the official English journal of the Japanese Society of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition (JSSSPN), and publishes original research and reviews in soil physics, chemistry and mineralogy; soil biology; plant nutrition; soil genesis, classification and survey; soil fertility; fertilizers and soil amendments; environment; socio cultural soil science. The Journal publishes full length papers, short papers, and reviews.

PLANT BREEDING publishes full-length original manuscripts and review articles on all aspects of plant improvement, breeding methodologies, and genetics to include qualitative and quantitative inheritance and genomics of major crop species. PLANT BREEDING provides readers with cutting-edge information on use of molecular techniques and genomics as they relate to improving gain from selection. Since its subject matter embraces all aspects of crop improvement, its content is sought after by both industry and academia. Fields of interest: Genetics of cultivated plants as well as research in practical plant breeding.

Acta Agriculturæ Scandinavica Section B publishes original research in applied soil and plant science with special attention given to to crop production in agri- and horticultural systems. The purpose of Ciência Rural is to publish the results of original research, note and reviews which contribute significantly to knowledge in Agricultural Sciences. The decison of acceptance for publication lies with the Editors and is based on the recommendations of Editorial Comission, Area Committee and/ or ad hoc reviewers. The editors and reviewers are external to the institution.

The Journal of Plant Registrations is an official publication of the Crop Science Society of America and the premier international venue for plant breeders, geneticists, and genome biologists to publish research describing new and novel plant cultivars, germplasms, parental lines, genetic stocks, and genomic mapping populations. In addition to biomedical, nutritional, and agricultural scientists, the intended audience includes policy makers, humanitarian organizations, and all facets of food, feed, fiber, bioenergy, and shelter industries. The scope of articles includes (1) cultivar, germplasm, parental line, genetic stock, and mapping population registration manuscripts, (2) short manuscripts characterizing accessions held within Plant Germplasm Collection Systems, and (3) descriptions of plant genetic materials that have made a major impact on agricultural security. Registration of plant genetic resources, item (1) above, requires deposit of plant genetic material into the USDA ARS National Plant Germplasm System prior to publication. ­

The Society has been established with the following objectives: 1. To advance the cause of research activity in all aspects of rangelands and to encourage and promote the studies on rangeland, wasteland ecosystems and agroforestry. 2. To provide facilities for seminars and conferences to rangeland researchers, development workers and farmers and to encourage close cooperation with organizations having related aims and interests. 3. To disseminate the knowledge of scientific agriculture and technology for forage and rangeland production, improvement and management.
