Ukrainian Mathematical Journal publishes articles and brief communications on various areas of pure and applied mathematics and contains sections devoted to scientific information, bibliography, and reviews of current problems. It features contributions from researchers from the Ukrainian Mathematics Institute, the major scientific centers of the Ukraine and other countries. Ukrainian Mathematical Journal is a translation of the peer-reviewed journal Ukrains’kyi Matematychnyi Zhurnal, a publication of the Institute of Mathematics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The journal publishes papers on the Theory of Numbers.

The Monthly's readers expect a high standard of exposition; they look for articles that inform, stimulate, challenge, enlighten, and even entertain. Monthly articles are meant to be read, enjoyed, and discussed, rather than just archived. Articles may be expositions of old or new results, historical or biographical essays, speculations or definitive treatments, broad developments, or explorations of a single application. Novelty and generality are far less important than clarity of exposition and broad appeal. Appropriate figures, diagrams, and photographs are encouraged. Notes are short, sharply focused, and possibly informal. They are often gems that provide a new proof of an old theorem, a novel presentation of a familiar theme, or a lively discussion of a single issue. Abstracts for articles or notes should entice the prospective reader into exploring the subject of the paper and should make it clear to the reader why this paper is interesting and important. The abstract should highlight the concepts of the paper rather than summarize the mechanics. The abstract is the first impression of the paper, not a technical summary of the paper. Excessive use of notation is discouraged as it can limit the interest of the broad readership of the MAA, and can limit search-ability of the article.
This journal is founded by Mirela Stefanescu and Silviu Sburlan in 1993 and is devoted to pure and applied mathematics. Published by Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science, Ovidius University, Constanta, Romania.
Traditionally the emphasis of Analysis Mathematica is classical analysis, including real functions (MSC 2010: 26xx), measure and integration (28xx), functions of a complex variable (30xx), special functions (33xx), sequences, series, summability (40xx), approximations and expansions (41xx). The scope also includes potential theory (31xx), several complex variables and analytic spaces (32xx), harmonic analysis on Euclidean spaces (42xx), abstract harmonic analysis (43xx). The journal willingly considers papers in difference and functional equations (39xx), functional analysis (46xx), operator theory (47xx), analysis on topological groups and metric spaces, matrix analysis, discrete versions of topics in analysis, convex and geometric analysis and the interplay between geometry and analysis.
The journal publishes research papers and occasionally surveys or expositions on mathematical logic. Contributions are also welcomed from other related areas, such as theoretical computer science or philosophy, as long as the methods of mathematical logic play a significant role. The journal therefore addresses logicians and mathematicians, computer scientists, and philosophers who are interested in the applications of mathematical logic in their own field, as well as its interactions with other areas of research.

Archivum Mathematicum is a mathematical journal which publishes exclusively scientific mathematical papers. The journal, founded in 1965, is published by the Department of Mathematics and Statistics of the Faculty of Science of Masaryk University. A review of each published paper appears in Mathematical Reviews and also in Zentralblatt für Mathematik. The journal is indexed by Scopus.
Asian-European Journal of Mathematics is an international journal which is devoted to original research in the field of pure and applied mathematics. The aim of the journal is to provide a medium by which new ideas can be discussed among researchers from diverse fields in mathematics. It publishes high quality research papers in the fields of contemporary pure and applied mathematics with a broad range of topics including algebra, analysis, topology, geometry, functional analysis, number theory, differential equations, operational research, combinatorics, theoretical statistics and probability, theoretical computer science and logic. Although the journal focuses on the original research articles, it also welcomes survey articles and short notes. All papers will be peer-reviewed within approximately four months.
The publications part of the site of the French Mathematical Society (Société Mathématique de France - SMF) is bilingual English-French. The Bulletin de la Société Mathématique de France was founded in 1873, and it has published works by some of the most prestigious mathematicians, including for example H. Poincaré, E. Borel, E. Cartan, A. Grothendieck and J. Leray. It continues to be a journal of the highest mathematical quality, using a rigorous refereeing process, as well as a discerning selection procedure. Its editorial board members have diverse specializations in mathematics, ensuring that articles in all areas of mathematics are considered. Promising work by young authors is encouraged.
Experimental Mathematics publishes original papers featuring formal results inspired by experimentation, conjectures suggested by experiments, and data supporting significant hypotheses. Experiment has always been, and increasingly is, an important method of mathematical discovery. (Gauss declared that his way of arriving at mathematical truths was "through systematic experimentation.") Yet this tends to be concealed by the tradition of presenting only elegant, fully developed, and rigorous results. Experimental Mathematics was founded in the belief that theory and experiment feed on each other, and that the mathematical community stands to benefit from a more complete exposure to the experimental process. The early sharing of insights increases the possibility that they will lead to theorems: An interesting conjecture is often formulated by a researcher who lacks the techniques to formalize a proof, while those who have the techniques at their fingertips have been looking elsewhere. Even when the person who had the initial insight goes on to find a proof, a discussion of the heuristic process can be of help, or at least of interest, to other researchers. There is value not only in the discovery itself, but also in the road that leads to it.
