Publicacions Matemàtiques is a research mathematical journal published by the Department of Mathematics of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona since 1976 (before 1988 named Publicacions de la Secció de Matemàtiques, ISSN: 0210-2978 print, 2014-4369 online). Two issues, constituting a single volume, are published each year. The journal has a large circulation being received by more than two hundred libraries all over the world. It is indexed by Mathematical Reviews, Zentralblatt Math., Science Citation Index, SciSearch®, ISI Alerting Services, COMPUMATH Citation Index®, and it participates in the Euclid Project and JSTOR. Free access is provided to all published papers through the web page.
Publicacions Matemàtiques is a non-profit university journal which gives special attention to the authors during the whole editorial process. In 2019, the average time between the reception of a paper and its publication was twenty-two months, and the average time between the acceptance of a paper and its publication was fifteen months. The journal keeps on receiving a large number of submissions, so the authors should be warned that currently only articles with excellent reports can be accepted.

The Review of Symbolic Logic is designed to cultivate research on the borders of logic, philosophy, and the sciences, and to support substantive interactions between these disciplines. The journal welcomes submissions in any of the following areas, broadly construed:
- The general study of logical systems and their semantics,including non-classical logics and algebraic logic;
- Philosophical logic and formal epistemology, including interactions with decision theory and game theory;
- The history, philosophy, and methodology of logic and mathematics, including the history of philosophy of logic and mathematics;
- Applications of logic to the sciences, such as computer science, cognitive science, and linguistics; and logical results addressing foundational issues in the sciences.

Semigroup Forum is a platform for speedy and efficient transmission of information on current research in semigroup theory.
Scope: Algebraic semigroups, topological semigroups, partially ordered semigroups, semigroups of measures and harmonic analysis on semigroups, numerical semigroups, transformation semigroups, semigroups of operators, and applications of semigroup theory to other disciplines such as ring theory, category theory, automata, logic, etc.
Languages: English (preferred), French, German, Russian.
Survey Articles: Expository, such as a symposium lecture. Of any length. May include original work, but should present the nonspecialist with a reasonably elementary and self-contained account of the fundamental parts of the subject.
Research Articles: Will be subject to the usual refereeing procedure.
Research Announcements: Description, limited to eight pages, of new results, mostly without proofs, of full length papers appearing elsewhere. The announcement must be accompanied by a copy of the unabridged version.
Short Notes: (Maximum 4 pages) Worthy of the readers' attention, such as new proofs, significant generalizations of known facts, comments on unsolved problems, historical remarks, etc.
Research Problems: Unsolved research problems.
Announcements: Of conferences, seminars, and symposia on Semigroup Theory.
Abstracts and Bibliographical Items: Abstracts in English, limited to one page, of completed work are solicited.
Listings of books, papers, and lecture notes previously published elsewhere and, above all, of new papers for which preprints are available are solicited from all authors.
Abstracts for Reviewing Journals: Authors are invited to provide with their manuscript informally a one-page abstract of their contribution with key words and phrases and with subject matter classification. This material will be forwarded to Zentralblatt für Mathematik.

The Journal of Symbolic Logic publishes research in mathematical logic and its applications of the highest quality. Papers are expected to exhibit innovation and not merely be minor variations on established work. They should also be of interest to a broad audience. JSL has been, since its establishment in 1936, the leading journal in the world devoted to mathematical logic. Its prestige derives from its longevity and from the standard of submissions -- which, combined with the standards of reviewing, all contribute to the fact that it receives more citations than any other journal in logic.
The journal was founded in 1890 by G. v. Escherich and E. Weyr as "Monatshefte für Mathematik und Physik" and appeared with this title until 1944. Continued from 1948 on as "Monatshefte für Mathematik", its managing editors were L. Gegenbauer, F. Mertens, W. Wirtinger, H. Hahn, Ph. Furtwängler, J. Radon, K. Mayrhofer, N. Hofreiter, H. Reiter, K. Sigmund, J. Cigler.
The journal is devoted to research in mathematics in its broadest sense. Over the years, it has attracted a remarkable cast of authors, ranging from G. Peano, and A. Tauber to P. Erdös and B. L. van der Waerden. The volumes of the Monatshefte contain historical achievements in analysis (L. Bieberbach, H. Hahn, E. Helly, R. Nevanlinna, J. Radon, F. Riesz, W. Wirtinger), topology (K. Menger, K. Kuratowski, L. Vietoris, K. Reidemeister), and number theory (F. Mertens, Ph. Furtwängler, E. Hlawka, E. Landau). It also published landmark contributions by physicists such as M. Planck and W. Heisenberg and by philosophers such as R. Carnap and F. Waismann. In particular, the journal played a seminal role in analyzing the foundations of mathematics (L. E. J. Brouwer, A. Tarski and K. Gödel).
The journal publishes research papers of general interest in all areas of mathematics. Surveys of significant developments in the fields of pure and applied mathematics and mathematical physics may be occasionally included.

Journal of Mathematics and Music aims to advance the use of mathematical modelling and computation in music theory. The Journal focuses on mathematical approaches to musical structures and processes, including mathematical investigations into music-theoretic or compositional issues as well as mathematically motivated analyses of musical works or performances. In consideration of the deep unsolved ontological and epistemological questions concerning knowledge about music, the Journal is open to a broad array of methodologies and topics, particularly those outside of established research fields such as acoustics, sound engineering, auditory perception, linguistics etc.
To promote research interactions between local and overseas researchers, the Department has been publishing an international mathematics journal, the Tamkang Journal of Mathematics. The journal started as a biannual journal in 1970 and is devoted to high-quality original research papers in pure and applied mathematics. In 1985 it has become a quarterly journal. The four issues are out for distribution at the end of March, June, September and December. The articles published in Tamkang Journal of Mathematics cover diverse mathematical disciplines. Submission of papers comes from all over the world. All articles are subjected to peer review from an international pool of referees.
Transactions of the London Mathematical Society is a leading international peer-reviewed journal publishing original research, clinical updates, and reviews indexed in Clarivate Web of Science (SCIE) with Q2 quartile ranking.
