SIAM Journal on Applied Dynamical Systems (SIADS) publishes research articles on the mathematical analysis and modeling of dynamical systems and its application to the physical, engineering, life, and social sciences. SIADS is published in electronic format only.
An interdisciplinary journal combining mathematical and experimental papers on inverse problems with theoretical, numerical and practical approaches to their solution.
As well as applied mathematicians, physical scientists and engineers, the readership includes those working in geophysics, radar, optics, biology, acoustics, communication theory, signal processing and imaging, among others.
The emphasis is on publishing original contributions to methods of solving mathematical, physical and applied problems. To be publishable in this journal, papers must meet the highest standards of scientific quality, contain significant and original new science and should present substantial advancement in the field. Due to the broad scope of the journal, we require that authors provide sufficient introductory material to appeal to the wide readership and that articles which are not explicitly applied include a discussion of possible applications.
Publishing 50 issues a year, Journal of Physics A: Mathematical and Theoretical is a major journal of theoretical physics reporting research on the mathematical structures that describe fundamental processes of the physical world and on the analytical, computational and numerical methods for exploring these structures.
Russian Journal of Mathematical Physics is a peer-reviewed periodical that deals with the full range of topics subsumed by that discipline, which lies at the foundation of much of contemporary science. Thus, in addition to mathematical physics per se, the journal coverage includes, but is not limited to, functional analysis, linear and nonlinear partial differential equations, algebras, quantization, quantum field theory, modern differential and algebraic geometry and topology, representations of Lie groups, calculus of variations, asymptotic methods, random process theory, dynamical systems, and control theory.

Inverse Problems and Imaging publishes research articles of the highest quality that employ innovative mathematical and modeling techniques to study inverse and imaging problems arising in engineering and other sciences. Every published paper has a strong mathematical orientation employing methods from such areas as control theory, discrete mathematics, differential geometry, harmonic analysis, functional analysis, integral geometry, mathematical physics, numerical analysis, optimization, partial differential equations, and stochastic and statistical methods. The field of applications includes medical and other imaging, nondestructive testing, geophysical prospection and remote sensing as well as image analysis and image processing.
This journal is committed to recording important new results in its field and will maintain the highest standards of innovation and quality. To be published in this journal, a paper must be correct, novel, nontrivial and of interest to a substantial number of researchers and readers.
The aim of Letters in Mathematical Physics is to attract the community's attention on important and original developments in the area of mathematical physics and contemporary theoretical physics. The journal publishes letters and longer research articles, occasionally also articles containing topical reviews. We are committed to both fast publication and careful refereeing. In addition, the journal offers important contributions to modern mathematics in fields which have a potential physical application, and important developments in theoretical physics which have potential mathematical impact.

This journal publishes original research papers on nonlinear hyperbolic problems and related topics, of mathematical and/or physical interest. Specifically, it invites papers on the theory and numerical analysis of hyperbolic conservation laws and of hyperbolic partial differential equations arising in mathematical physics. The Journal welcomes contributions in:
Theory of nonlinear hyperbolic systems of conservation laws, addressing the issues of well-posedness and qualitative behavior of solutions, in one or several space dimensions.
Hyperbolic differential equations of mathematical physics, such as the Einstein equations of general relativity, Dirac equations, Maxwell equations, relativistic fluid models, etc.
Lorentzian geometry, particularly global geometric and causal theoretic aspects of spacetimes satisfying the Einstein equations.
Nonlinear hyperbolic systems arising in continuum physics such as: hyperbolic models of fluid dynamics, mixed models of transonic flows, etc.
General problems that are dominated (but not exclusively driven) by finite speed phenomena, such as dissipative and dispersive perturbations of hyperbolic systems, and models from statistical mechanics and other probabilistic models relevant to the derivation of fluid dynamical equations.
Convergence analysis of numerical methods for hyperbolic equations: finite difference schemes, finite volumes schemes, etc.
MPAG is a peer-reviewed journal organized in sections. Each section is editorially independent and provides a high forum for research articles in the respective areas.

The section on Probability and Statistical Physics focuses on probabilistic models and spatial stochastic processes arising in statistical physics. Examples include: interacting particle systems, non-equilibrium statistical mechanics, integrable probability, random graphs and percolation, critical phenomena and conformal theories. Applications of probability theory and statistical physics to other areas of mathematics, such as analysis (stochastic pde's), random geometry, combinatorial aspects are also addressed.
The section on Quantum Theory publishes research papers on developments in geometry, probability and analysis that are relevant to quantum theory. Topics that are covered in this section include: classical and algebraic quantum field theories, deformation and geometric quantisation, index theory, Lie algebras and Hopf algebras, non-commutative geometry, spectral theory for quantum systems, disordered quantum systems (Anderson localization, quantum diffusion), many-body quantum physics with applications to condensed matter theory, partial differential equations emerging from quantum theory, quantum lattice systems, topological phases of matter, equilibrium and non-equilibrium quantum statistical mechanics, multiscale analysis, rigorous renormalisation group.
